A good night out in Tirana doesn’t have to mean losing track of your spending. If you’re planning a visit for summer 2027, compare menus, check entry arrangements and decide what you want from the evening before choosing your stops.

Check the menu before ordering

Drink prices vary between neighbourhood bars, cocktail lounges and clubs. Check the menu rather than relying on an old price guide, especially for premium spirits, cocktails and table service.

Ask about the serving size too: a bottle of beer and a pint aren’t the same comparison.

Compare local and imported drinks

Local beers, wines and raki are worth exploring, but check their prices alongside other options. Imported drinks aren’t always more expensive, and a local label doesn’t automatically mean the cheapest choice.

Choose something you enjoy and take your time, particularly with spirits.

Check entry fees and advertised offers

Before heading to a club, ask about entry charges, reservations and any minimum spend. If a venue advertises happy hour, check the times and which drinks qualify.

Don’t assume arriving early guarantees free entry.

Plan a few nearby stops

Starting with dinner and choosing nearby bars helps you keep transport costs under control. Blloku and Pazari i Ri are two areas to consider when planning your evening.

Bring some Albanian lek alongside your card, and keep money aside for your journey home.

A pub crawl can make budgeting easier when you know what is included. TiranaSZN’s standard night includes four venues, entry, welcome shots, games, guides and photography. Additional drinks are paid for separately.
