1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in experiences organised by TiranaSZN Pub Crawl (“TiranaSZN”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or participating in a TiranaSZN Pub Crawl event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not participate in the event.

Participants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Carry valid government-issued identification
• Comply with Albanian laws and venue rules
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who:
• Is underage
• Is excessively intoxicated
• Displays aggressive or disruptive behaviour
• Poses a risk to themselves or others
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

TiranaSZN Pub Crawl is a guided nightlife experience that may include:
• Visits to multiple bars or clubs
• Drink specials or welcome shots
• Drinking games or social activities
• Priority or included nightclub entry
• Group social events

Venues may change due to operational requirements.

4. Responsible Drinking Policy
Alcohol consumption is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behaviour.
TiranaSZN staff may remove participants who:
• Appear dangerously intoxicated
• Endanger themselves or others
• Disrupt the group experience
Participants removed from the event will not receive refunds.

5. Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that:
• Alcohol consumption can impair judgment and coordination
• Nightlife environments may present inherent risks
By participating, guests accept responsibility for their own safety, behaviour, and decisions.
Participants must:
• Drink responsibly
• Follow instructions from guides
• Respect venue staff and other participants

6. Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiranaSZN Pub Crawl shall not be liable for:
• Personal injury
• Illness or accidents
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Damage to property
• Behaviour of third-party venues
• Actions of other participants
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

7. Third-Party Venues
Bars, clubs, and other venues visited during the experience are independent third-party businesses.
Entry is subject to each venue’s policies including:
• Dress code
• Capacity limits
• Behaviour standards
TiranaSZN Pub Crawl cannot guarantee entry if venue rules are violated.

8. Bookings & Payments
Bookings may be made via:
• Official website
• TripAdvisor
• Viator
• GetYourGuide
• Partner travel agencies
Prices may vary depending on platform and promotional offers.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform:
Guests may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the event start time.
No refunds will be given for:
• Late cancellations
• No-shows
• Arriving after the event has started
• Removal due to intoxication or misconduct
If TiranaSZN Pub Crawl cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:
• A rescheduled date
or
• A full refund.

10. Meeting Points & Schedule
Participants must arrive on time at the meeting location.
Late arrivals may not be able to join the group once the crawl has started.
Meeting locations may change and will be communicated in advance where possible.

By participating, guests grant TiranaSZN Pub Crawl the right to use this media for:

• Advertising

If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify a guide before the event begins.

Participants must:
• Treat guides and venues with respect
• Avoid harassment or inappropriate behaviour

13. Force Majeure
TiranaSZN Pub Crawl shall not be liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
• Government restrictions
• Public safety concerns
• Venue closures
